How Do I Place an Order?

You may place your order
securely 24 hours a day via our website. During the checkout process
you will be given four different options for payment. These options
are paying with your credit card, check/money order (after the checkout
process is complete you will have the opportunity to print out your order
invoice to mail with your payment), pay by phone (you'll contact one of our
representatives and provide your payment information
(check or credit card),
and purchase orders (approved school accounts only).

placed online. Yes you can. Option 1)
Click the link that says "Order Status" from our store and enter your
invoice number and email address you used when you placed your order. This
will check your order status, display your invoice, and provide any new
information about your order as it becomes available. AND/OR Option 2) Simply
sign up for a customer account when placing your order and you will be
able to log into that account 24 hours a day to check your order status
and view your invoice. As new information becomes available about
your order or when order status changes it will be updated in your
account.

How Do I Change My Order?

If you find that you have
made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us
using our contact form located in the navigation menu.
If your order has not yet been entered into our system for processing we may be able to correct it.
However if the merchandise has already been entered for processing we will be unable to
modify any portion of your order. You will need to return or exchange the
items and you may incur additional fees.
How Do I Cancel My Order?

We process your orders very
quickly by industry standards. If you would like to cancel your order,
please notify us immediately by e-mailing us using our contact us form
located in the navigation menu. You will receive a return confirmation. If you do NOT receive our confirmation please contact us immediately by telephone to confirm your order was cancelled.
If your order has not yet been entered for processing we will cancel your order.
However if your order has already been entered into our system for
processing we will be unable to
cancel your order. You will need to return the items for a refund (see How
Do I Return Merchandise?)
How Do I Return Merchandise?

DETAILS
Merchandise returned to us for a refund must be new, unmarked and
resalable. Before returning an item you must call one of our
curriculum specialists at: 585-413-4438 to receive a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any return parcel must be labeled
with the RMA# on the outside of the parcel, and postmarked prior to 14
days from your receipt (or delivery by the carrier). Refunds issued will be
less shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Items returned for refund without
an RMA# or delivery refusal will be less shipping and a 30% restocking
fee. Items not returned within 14 days or items not returned in new and
resalable condition will not be issued a refund and will be returned to
you at your own expense.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PARTIAL
CURRICULUM PACKAGE RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
WE DO HOWEVER OFFER COURSE REPLACEMENTS (EXAMPLE: YOU REALIZE YOUR CHILD
SHOULD HAVE AN 8TH GRADE MATH COURSE RATHER THAN THE 7TH GRADE MATH
COURSE IN THE CURRICULUM PACKAGE. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY IF THE
COURSE REPLACEMENT IS OF A GREATER VALUE).

CD-ROM, Audio & Video cassettes, DVD, etc.
Media cannot be returned for a refund unless defective, incompatible, or
unopened. We reserve the right to determine compatibility upon our
receipt and testing. Please Note: Some perceived incompatibility issues
may be resolved. Please call us first if a suspected issue arises.
